As a potential guest you may have certain expectations during your stay, such as a clean environment when arriving and amenities functioning.  Likewise, we have expectations of our guests that we would like to share with you below:

  1. Guests must select a person responsible to sign a rental contract for the use of the property as well be financially responsible for the contract.

  2. Guests are required to pay a deposit to reserve the property rental.  The deposit is R$800.  The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay providing there are no issues, such as damage or the property is left unclean.  R$300 of the deposit may be applied for cleaning, if necessary.  The other portion of the deposit will initially help cover any damages or incidentals. The guest who singed the rental contract is financially responsible to cover the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged item on the property as a result of misuse of the item during the rental period.

  3. Unless otherwise prearranged, there is no cleaning, laundry, meal, or bar service included in your stay. If a guest is in need of clean towels or bed linens during the rental period, please contact one of the owners.

  4. Please leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived.  We do not expect you to wash bed linens or towels, but the bed linens should be left on their respective beds and the towels left in their respective bathrooms.  Any used dishes should be washed and put away (dish soap and sponge provided). The cooking appliances, BBQs, refrigerators, should be clean. Any trash should be picked up and place in containers provided.  The floors should be swept, if necessary.

  5. We understand many of our guests want to have a great time and may want to play music, but please be aware the property is located in a residential neighborhood and our neighbors may need to work in the morning.  Please keep music and noise to a reasonable level after 22 hours during the week and 24 hours on weekends.  Holidays may be an exception to these times, if previously arranged with the owners prior to the stay.

  6. Unless otherwise prearranged, guests should arrive and leave between the time set forth in the rental contract for the stay. â€‹

  7. The guest who signed the rental contract must be present at both the initial property walk through and the exit walk through. Other guests may not use the property prior to the initial walk through and they must leave by, or at, the conclusion of the exit walk through.

  8. Guests are also responsible for property security.  It is suggested the front gate be locked when guests leave the front common area unattended.  Front security lighting may optionally be light at night.
